Dr. Lisa Mulligan is board-certified in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. After receiving medical training in her home state of Michigan and practicing there for some time, Dr. Mulligan opened a practice in the New York area. Dr. Mulligan came to the Pacific Northwest in 1999. After practicing in Renton, Washington for several years, Dr. Mulligan extended her practice to the Eastside.

Dr. Mulligan enjoys treating patients of all ages and strives to provide quality care while taking the needs and concerns of her patients into consideration. Dr. Mulligan began to take an interest in the field of medical aesthetics after caring for patients with head and neck conditions that involved the skin and soft tissues.

Dr. Mulligan has received extensive additional training in facial aesthetics and laser treatments and is qualified to use the most advanced technology and equipment in the field of non-invasive medical aesthetics. Dr. Mulligan is always expanding her knowledge of medical aesthetics by attending continuing education courses. Her goal is to offer up-to-date, specialized treatments in a safe and effective manner while giving you recommendations that will help you get the most out of your treatments.

Dr. Mulligan’s favorite part of working as a medical aesthetician is witnessing the instant transformations that happen in her office. Patients walk out looking more youthful and refreshed than when they came in without the need for invasive procedures or downtime.

Sheila Tubbs is a licensed Aesthetian with over 8 years experience. Sheila has trained in many places throughout the Northwest and has owned her own spa right here in Seattle. Her approach to aesthetic services is to customize treatment for each individual that walks through the door. She has a lot of knowledge and a need to keep up with the latest trends in aesthetic services. Her areas of interest include: Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Botox, Fillers, Pharmaceutical skincare, and more Traditional Aesthetic Services including facials and waxing. Sheila’s hobbies include playing with her new puppy, spending time with her two teenagers and husband, and most of all reading a good book.
